Mr. Liu Dafu, President, Chairman Board, Legal Representative of the group, graduate, engineer, born in 1954, is also the founder of the group. He joined the army in 1975, graduated from China Northwest Construction Project Institute. When in the army, he acted as a soldier, administrative platoon leader, barracks assistant, barracks section chief, regiment commissar (captain). He is the eldest son of the famous peasant enterpriser Liu Xianhe.
